Freddie J. Williams Partner
Freddie J Williams, , has been in the oil and gas business for the past 10 years. A graduate of Texas Tech University in 1973 with a degree in Range Management/Business, Williams emphasis has focused on the Oil and Gas activities in the area, leasing and promoting the tracts and the purchase of mineral rights. Supervising a staff of 12 employees during the height of the Barnett Shale play, Williams always displays honesty and fairness in dealing with mineral owners and oil and gas companies, a trait not often found in this business.

Jerry Raymond Landman
Jerry has been a active landman in Montague, Cooke and Clay counties for the past 15 years. He has worked for several midsize oil and gas companies running title, acquiring leases, doing curative work and purchasing minerals. In fact, Jerry has been the dominate player in the Barnett Shale working the Saint Jo area, obtaining oil and gas leases.
Jerry can assist landowners or family members determine the amount of minerals they own on a particular tract and then followup to assist in leasing or purchasing minerals for those landowners.
Lucas Turner Landman
Lucas J. Turner has been active in the oil and gas business for the past ten years. A graduate of Tarleton State University in 2011 and The Texas A&M University School of Law in 2016. Lucas’s focus has been runsheets, title, leasing, and mineral acquisition in 30 different counties in Texas and Oklahoma. Lucas can do everything including leasing a prospect for exploration, providing curative analysis, and buying mineral rights for a surface owner to have executive power of their ranch.
